ABOUT US
Building infrastructure for a movement.
Perspectives Partnership exists to build the pathways into the digital economy that justice-impacted people deserve but have never had. We convene partners, build tools, fund fellowships, and develop the evidence base that makes lasting change possible.
THE PROBLEM
1 in 3 Americans has a criminal record. The labor market has been structured to exclude them – and the AI economy is widening that gap, fast.
THE VISION
100,000 careers in the digital economy by 2030 – and the public infrastructure to make it durable.
THE SOLUTION
An interlocking ecosystem of fellowships, entrepreneurship, employer partnerships, and technology – designed together, not bolted on.
WHY NOW
AI is collapsing entry-level pathways. The next decade decides who participates in the economy being built. The window is open. Briefly.

WHO WE ARE
Perspectives Partnership is a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded on a simple belief: the barriers standing between justice-impacted people and economic opportunity are not inevitable; they are solvable.
We call ourselves an ecosystem architect, and we use that word deliberately. A single program can change a life. An ecosystem changes the conditions that shape thousands of lives. It means building interlocking infrastructure – training pathways, technology tools, employer relationships, research and evidence, and storytelling – so that each piece reinforces the others. The whole becomes more powerful than any part alone. That is what we are building.
We don't run programs. We build the conditions that make programs work. We convene partners, fund scholars and fellowships, develop technology, and build the evidence base that makes lasting change possible. Our role is to build what the movement needs and connect the people doing the work.
We are early in our journey and deliberate about it. The partnerships, funding, and collaboration that come alongside us now will shape what this work becomes.
