OUR PROGRAMS
Building pathways. Changing systems.
Perspectives Partnership works with training partners, technology builders, employers, and community organizations to create real pathways into the digital economy, and build the infrastructure that makes those pathways last.

SKILLS AND TRAINING
Entrepreneurship & Digital Skills Training
The digital economy is full of entry points for people who have the drive to get there. Perspectives Partnership connects justice-impacted individuals to the training, tools, and mentorship they need to walk through those doors.
Our primary program partner is the Flikshop School of Business (FSB), an entrepreneurship and digital literacy program that prepares justice-impacted individuals for careers in tech, business ownership, and the gig economy. FSB serves as our proof of concept: the place where we test what works, document outcomes, and build the evidence base the broader field can learn from. Perspectives Partnership supports FSB through cohort sponsorship and program evaluation.
We are also building a Fellowship Program to create year-long, mentor-supported pathways into the digital economy for top FSB graduates and other justice-impacted individuals ready to take the next step.
COMMUNITY
Family & Community Support

Justice doesn't only touch individuals – it reshapes entire families. Perspectives Partnership supports the development of tools and resources that help families stay connected during incarceration and build toward the future. We invest in the infrastructure that keeps communities whole.
Through our partnership with Flikshop, we facilitate the Angels program – connecting community members and donors with families who need help to stay connected to incarcerated loved ones. Flikshop Angels allows community members to purchase platform credits that are donated directly to families, covering the cost of messages, photos, and postcards that keep relationships alive across the carceral system.
We are also developing Find My Loved One through Perspectives Partnership Labs – a tool designed to help families navigate the fragmented network of facility databases that makes it needlessly difficult to locate incarcerated loved ones. This kind of infrastructure matters because family connection during incarceration improves reentry outcomes.

NARRATIVE CHANGE
Storytelling & Narrative Change
Data changes policy. Stories change minds. Perspectives Partnership invests in shifting the public narrative around incarceration and moving the conversation from what people have done to what they are capable of becoming.
Our current signature initiative is Bet on Me, a documentary series in production that follows justice-impacted individuals as they build careers, businesses, and futures through the digital economy. It is not a story about what they have done. It is a story about what they are becoming.
PARTNERSHIPS
Research & Employer Partnerships

Perspectives Partnership is only as strong as the relationships and evidence it builds. We connect employers, funders, peer organizations, and policy advocates working at the intersection of criminal justice reform and economic opportunity.
Through our partnership with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), we are conducting an independent evaluation of our program model – building the evidence base that holds our work accountable and gives funders and partners the data they need to invest with confidence.
Beyond evaluation, we actively build employer relationships and connecting justice-impacted fellows to fair-chance employers in technology, digital services, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is not just to train people but to ensure the pathways they are trained for are actually open when they arrive.

TECHNOLOGY
Technology & Tools
Access to opportunity starts with access to technology. Perspectives Partnership stays at the leading edge of the tools, platforms, and learning environments that can expand what is possible for justice-impacted individuals before, during, and after program completion.
This work is developed and documented through our Labs – our active portfolio of technology projects spanning in-facility learning platforms, family connection tools, data infrastructure, and AI curriculum development. Current active projects include FlikshopME, Find My Loved One, and the Community Impact Observatory.
We build openly and learn continuously. Every tool we develop is designed to be replicable, so what works here can work elsewhere.
