The digital economy is full of entry points for people who have the drive to get there. Perspectives Partnership connects justice-impacted individuals to the training, tools, and mentorship they need to walk through those doors.
Our flagship training partner is the Flikshop School of Business (FSB), an entrepreneurship and digital literacy program that prepares justice-impacted individuals for careers in tech, business ownership, and the gig economy. FSB serves as our proof of concept — the place where we test what works, document outcomes, and build the evidence base that the broader field can learn from. Perspectives Partnership supports FSB through scholarship funding and evaluation infrastructure.
