Perspectives Partnership is only as strong as the relationships and evidence it builds. We function as an ecosystem architect – connecting employers, funders, peer organizations, and policy advocates who are working at the intersection of criminal justice reform and economic opportunity, and building the connective tissue between them.
We hold ourselves accountable through rigorous external evaluation. Our current research partnership with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), one of the country’s leading social science organizations, ensures our programs are grounded in evidence and our findings meet the highest standards of academic rigor. The goal is not just to tell good stories – it is to build the proof the broader field needs to make the case for investment in this population at scale.
